說在前面

以功能為主導(dǎo)思維對空間進(jìn)行分區(qū)， 運(yùn)用簡練的點(diǎn)線面構(gòu)成方式打破空間分區(qū)的孤立性， 點(diǎn)到即止，面面呼應(yīng)， 直線、斜線與點(diǎn)和面之間的穿插構(gòu)成， 讓整個(gè)辦公空間更有力量， 極少色塊的點(diǎn)綴讓空間更有溫度和情懷。體塊與體塊之間拆開再組合， 重新構(gòu)筑干凈舒適的辦公空間。

1.本案地處成都市高新區(qū)，毗鄰鐵像寺水街商業(yè)群。

2.建筑屬于寫字樓商業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)，空間狹長不利于布局。

3.戶型方正，但視覺單一，需要解決功能與美觀問題。

1.1F增設(shè)玄關(guān)區(qū)域、把樓梯藏于玄關(guān)背后，增大戶型利用面積。

2.把1F衛(wèi)生間縮小 ，做斜角轉(zhuǎn)折處理，釋放玄關(guān)視野。

3.1F設(shè)置水吧區(qū)和會(huì)客第一洽談區(qū)。

4.2F在樓梯左側(cè)設(shè)置會(huì)客第二洽談區(qū)，利用凸出柱子的造型和物料展示柜做整體造型設(shè)計(jì)。

5.拆除2F左側(cè)墻體，設(shè)置多功能區(qū)，增加空間利用率，左側(cè)設(shè)置陳列儲(chǔ)物柜。

6.把2F右側(cè)位置打造成辦公區(qū)，享受最直接的微風(fēng)和陽光。

入口玄關(guān)背景設(shè)計(jì)成半鏤空形式，使得玄關(guān)視覺變大，同時(shí)也起到遮擋樓梯的作用，讓外界和工作室內(nèi)部有更好的過度。

考慮到會(huì)客洽談的需要，和平時(shí)工作期間的些許小憩，水吧區(qū)設(shè)置吧臺(tái)，靠墻設(shè)計(jì)操作臺(tái)，既可以是與客戶溝通洽談的空間，也可以是工作閑時(shí)的一杯咖啡和濃茶的地方。

在1F朝向最好的位置設(shè)計(jì)成第一會(huì)客洽談區(qū)，沒有選用常規(guī)很正式的桌椅布局，而是按照最最舒服、隨性的方式來打造，布藝沙發(fā)、單人沙發(fā)椅、根據(jù)需求可移動(dòng)的邊幾，陽光透過木質(zhì)百葉簾，給人無限舒心、輕松自由的感受。這樣的空間打造讓采光通風(fēng)更好的通往工作室內(nèi)部空間，也讓1F的功能合理的利用起來。

保留了原有鋼結(jié)構(gòu)樓梯，拆除不銹鋼扶手，采用石膏板做樓梯扶手造型，賦予樓梯設(shè)計(jì)感。

辦公室也設(shè)置在2F朝向最好的地方，順其采光、讓2F自然采光最大化，讓大家工作的狀態(tài)發(fā)揮到最佳，也能舒心輕松的應(yīng)對各項(xiàng)事務(wù)，物料展示柜和儲(chǔ)物柜的組合設(shè)計(jì)，既滿足材料選樣與陳列，也滿足了工作室日常收納需要。
