前言# PREAMBLE #
本案位于楊浦區(qū)，是一套有些年頭的二手公寓房。一家四口二孩家庭，需要保留三間臥室。原房型的優(yōu)點(diǎn)很明顯：入戶有一間獨(dú)立的門廳和儲物間（電表間），客廳偏方正。劣勢是客餐廚空間相對過于獨(dú)立，三房僅一衛(wèi)，對于四口人同住的家庭，還是很不方便。
# 改造 #
衛(wèi)浴洗漱大變身：將傳統(tǒng)衛(wèi)生間改造成三分離的形式，洗漱干區(qū)和電視背景合二為一，電視背景墻后即是超長的洗手臺盆，另外再增加一間獨(dú)立的馬桶間，方便一家四口平時洗漱如廁不再沖突。
環(huán)形動線樂趣多：位于房子中央的承重墻承載了雙臺盆和電視機(jī)背景，四周空間全部被釋放出來，形成環(huán)形動線。一條環(huán)形動線不僅串起了門廳、客廳、兒童房、主臥、洗漱干區(qū)、衛(wèi)生間、獨(dú)立馬桶間和敞開式廚房和餐廳，也讓整個空間因?yàn)閯泳€的改變而靈動有趣起來。每個點(diǎn)都有一條捷徑可以到達(dá)你想去的地方，無阻擋的感覺簡直絕絕子~~
開放式餐廚一體化：利用原始餐廳的位置整合了開放式廚房疊加餐廳功能，讓客廳面積最大化，以增加兩個孩子的活動空間。
入戶進(jìn)來的獨(dú)立空間，被規(guī)劃為儲物間，解決了入戶鞋服及雜物的收納問題。玻璃移門增加了空間的層次遞進(jìn)，同時也起到降低能耗的作用。

客餐廚公共空間被全部打開，除了衛(wèi)生間和臥室，我們不去封閉任一空間。以隔而不斷的設(shè)計(jì)手法，將公共空間融為一體。無論在哪個視覺點(diǎn)，都能感受到空間的延伸和連通感。只是用地面材質(zhì)來區(qū)分不同空間的功能屬性。

電視背景只是一截嵌入電視的隔斷，同時也是承重結(jié)構(gòu)。墻體不可能打通的情況下，我們在底部運(yùn)用了鏡面的反光效果，營造出電視背景的懸空感。深灰色飾面帶著高級的金屬光澤，內(nèi)嵌極窄燈帶和霧化壁爐，現(xiàn)代感十足。

兒童房和主臥的門采用和立面統(tǒng)一的淺原木材質(zhì)設(shè)計(jì)了隱形門，和過道的頂面銜接形成頂立面一體化的視覺效果。利用大塊面的材質(zhì)去重新整合頂立面的設(shè)計(jì)手法，化零為整地消除了原本空間里細(xì)碎雜亂之感。

利用原始餐廳的位置整合了開放式廚房和餐廳，中島加餐桌的形式很常見，但納入環(huán)形動線中的中島還是有點(diǎn)小趣味。上圖是在洗漱干區(qū)看餐廳的視角，開放自由的動線讓各個功能區(qū)之間的互動便捷無阻。

兒童房除了活動的椅子之外，全部采用定制化設(shè)計(jì)。顯而易見的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是最大化利用空間，且無死角。家具全部統(tǒng)一顏色，無縫銜接，整體感非常好。高低床和書桌、衣柜全部靠墻，留出足夠的活動空間給小神獸們玩樂游戲。

原始結(jié)構(gòu)中，從臥室去往餐廳的唯一路徑是繞過客廳。我們重新定義空間后，通過環(huán)形動線從臥室到餐廳可以走“捷徑”了。對于這條“綠色通道”里的洗漱干區(qū)，我們也作為重點(diǎn)來設(shè)計(jì)，背景墻采用藝術(shù)真石漆涂刷出砂巖的質(zhì)感，頂部的鏡面材質(zhì)起到提升立面的穿透效果，木格柵同樣起到提升層高和引導(dǎo)視覺方向的作用，并且和過道盡頭的木飾面完美銜接。

在實(shí)現(xiàn)了干濕分離之后，我們又另外增加了一間獨(dú)立的馬桶間，完全滿足了全家的衛(wèi)浴需求。
