室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)的初衷是因地制宜，利用房型原有結(jié)構(gòu)去優(yōu)化空間關(guān)系。衛(wèi)生間干濕分離后，我們正好可以利用干區(qū)背后這面墻來做文章。自帶藝術(shù)美感的玻璃磚帶來視覺的穿透感，將采光引入洗漱區(qū)，同時(shí)也是入戶的第一視覺焦點(diǎn)。更遠(yuǎn)的過道盡頭的一面普通白墻，只是稍加裝飾，也有了玄關(guān)的屬性。這樣一遠(yuǎn)一近的遞進(jìn)關(guān)系，豐富了空間的層次感，讓入戶的視覺體驗(yàn)非常飽滿。
The original intention of interior design is to optimize the spatial relationship by using the original structure of the house type according to local conditions. After the separation of dry and wet in the bathroom, we can make use of the wall behind the dry area. The glass brick with artistic beauty brings visual penetration, introduces daylighting into the washing area, and is also the first visual focus of entering the house. An ordinary white wall at the end of the farther corridor is only slightly decorated and has the attribute of a porch. Such a progressive relationship from far to near enriches the sense of hierarchy of space and makes the visual experience of entering the house very full.

#Living room #

懸挑收納柜與結(jié)構(gòu)梁體、吊頂，用胡桃木飾面統(tǒng)一裝飾，整體性更佳。氛圍燈光則選用3500k的暖色光源，讓家的溫度油然而生。
The cantilevered storage cabinet, structural beam and ceiling are uniformly decorated with walnut veneer for better integrity. The ambient light is 3500K warm color light source, so that the temperature of the home arises spontaneously.

我們將北臥和客廳做了調(diào)換，并和餐廚區(qū)打通成為一個(gè)大的公共空間。由于是高層公寓，客廳的采光并沒有損失，還拉進(jìn)了與餐廚區(qū)的空間關(guān)系。電視背景以通透的方式整合了承重結(jié)構(gòu)、收納柜、地臺(tái)、電子霧化壁爐，日常雜物和游戲周邊設(shè)備悉數(shù)盡收懸空柜中，干凈整潔。
The vertical staircase is transformed into a horizontal one, which connects the two truncated spaces and realizes the long-distance connection between the north and the south. The main body of the stairs is white stone with glass handrails, which increases the sense of visual permeability. The stair steps on the first and second floors are made of dark gray marble, which is expanded into the form of platform as a whole, forming a {contrast with the white stairs.

中島結(jié)合餐桌采用巖板一體化定制，完美匹配空間格局。洗碗機(jī)、蒸烤箱、雙開門冰箱則采用統(tǒng)一內(nèi)嵌設(shè)計(jì)，帶來立面上的絕對(duì)平整。頂面縱橫相交的梁體涂刷啞光天鵝絨藝術(shù)漆，被強(qiáng)化的梁體，有意突出了結(jié)構(gòu)的體塊感。吊頂則以胡桃木飾面包裹，一直延伸到客廳區(qū)域，形成一個(gè)連貫的整體。
Zhongdao dining table is customized with rock plate integration, which perfectly matches the spatial pattern. Dishwasher, steam oven and double door refrigerator adopt unified embedded design to bring absolute flatness on the facade. The beams intersecting vertically and horizontally on the top surface are painted with matte velvet art paint. The strengthened beams deliberately highlight the block feeling of the structure. The ceiling is wrapped with walnut veneer and extends to the living room area to form a coherent whole.

開放式廚房區(qū)域是本案改造的重點(diǎn)，在拆除時(shí)遇到很多不能更改的下水主管道，我們并沒有簡單粗暴地包掉了事，而是著眼于“創(chuàng)造”更多內(nèi)部的小儲(chǔ)物空間。餐廚的整體色調(diào)以大面積白色為主，和頂立面有著良好的融入感。局部使用黑色，拉升了空間的層次感。暖色氛圍燈光很好的中和了黑白灰的冷淡。
The open kitchen area is the focus of the transformation of this case. During the demolition, we encountered many main sewer pipes that cannot be changed. We did not simply and roughly wrap up the matter, but focused on "creating" more internal small storage space. The overall color of the kitchen is mainly white in large area, which has a good sense of integration with the top facade. The local use of black enhances the sense of hierarchy of the space. Warm color atmosphere lighting neutralizes the coldness of black, white and gray.

衛(wèi)生間被改造為干濕分離的形式，干區(qū)整體使用藝術(shù)漆涂刷，與臺(tái)盆色調(diào)統(tǒng)一，質(zhì)感溫潤而高級(jí)。墻面做鏤空處理，鑲嵌玻璃磚，午后的陽光正好可以通過玻璃磚的折射灑入門廳，營造出美妙的光影效果。濕區(qū)墻面使用歐神諾800*800仿巖板瓷磚，整體成深色啞光質(zhì)地。地面定制通體大理石，天然石材細(xì)膩的光澤和無拼縫的整體感給衛(wèi)生間帶來星級(jí)酒店的體驗(yàn)。
The toilet is transformed into a dry wet separation form. The dry area is painted with artistic paint as a whole, which is unified with the color of the basin, and the texture is warm and advanced. The wall is hollowed out and inlaid with glass bricks. The afternoon sunshine can be sprinkled into the entrance hall through the refraction of glass bricks to create a wonderful light and shadow effect. The walls in the wet area are made of osheno 800 * 800 imitation rock plate tiles, which are dark matte as a whole. The whole body marble is customized on the ground, and the exquisite luster of natural stone and the overall sense of no seam bring the experience of star hotel to the bathroom.
