前言
U.N.I.D以每個關鍵節(jié)點時期,對倡導的設計理念進行重新理解。反思建筑環(huán)境如何發(fā)展以滿足社會活動、建筑生存、未來人居的必要性。

2020年初,U.N.I.D以文化古城傳統(tǒng)院落住宅,作為設計實踐的參考依據(jù)。設想目的在于挖掘古城文化商業(yè)的嶄新生命力,使項目設計實踐對所在區(qū)域,實現(xiàn)建筑更新、文化新陳代謝以及促成未來區(qū)域型傳統(tǒng)聚落關系的樣板化發(fā)展方向。

U.N.I.D將傳統(tǒng)遺址類建筑合并到新建筑關系中,使二者共同生長。將傳統(tǒng)建筑賦予當代藝術魅力,新與舊在其中重疊對話。
Taigu. Ark

Preface
The U.N.I.D provides a new understanding of the design concepts being promoted at each critical juncture, reflects on the necessity to develop the built environment to meet the needs of social activities, architectural survival and future human settlements.

In early 2020, U.N.I.D. took a traditional courtyard house in the ancient cultural city ,The purpose of the project is to tap into the new vitality of cultural commerce in the ancient city, so that the design practice of the project can promote the realization of architectural renewal, cultural metabolism and the model development of future regional traditional settlement relations.

The U.N.I.D combines traditional ruins with new buildings, allowing them to grow and shine together. Traditional architecture is endowed with the charm of contemporary art, so that the new and the old echo.

太谷.方舟
設計概念源于對“諾亞方舟”的理解,U.N.I.D希望在傳統(tǒng)聚落形制保存較完好的環(huán)境中,塑造符合未來城市聚落發(fā)展的公共空間,“太谷.方舟”的作用在于聚集藝術、文化、交流,。建筑形態(tài)既符合在地建筑特征,同時延續(xù)地方文脈,以自由開放的姿態(tài)展現(xiàn)公共環(huán)境的外向性以及與傳統(tǒng)建筑本身的內(nèi)生性的更新。

項目占地1736㎡,建筑面積3200㎡。
建筑形態(tài)滿足現(xiàn)代人居-藝術展覽-零售商業(yè)-藝術酒店并存的功能配套。

實現(xiàn)具有設計實驗價值的綜合性商業(yè)發(fā)展標桿。為古城的發(fā)展與地域文化發(fā)聲提供具有可參考、可實現(xiàn)的未來聚落型古城區(qū)新面貌的指導依據(jù)。

The story
Taigu. Ark

Its design concept is derived from the understanding of \"Noah\'s Ark\". The goal of the U.N.I.D is to create a public space suitable for the future development of urban settlements within the context of well-preserved traditional settlements, among them, the role of Taigu. Ark is to gather art, culture and promote exchanges. The architectural form continues the local context on the basis of conforming to the local architectural characteristics. In a free and open attitude, the extroversion of public environment and the renewal of traditional architecture itself are displayed.

The project covers an area of 1736 square meters and a construction area of 3200 square meters. The completed building form meets the functional support of coexistence of modern human settlements-art exhibitions-retail commerce-art hotels.

The comprehensive commercial development benchmark with design and experimental value will be realized, Thus, it provides a referential and realizable guidance of the new appearance of the settlement type ancient city area in the future for the development of the ancient city and the sound of regional culture.

設計實踐
功能—U.N.I.D以內(nèi)部功能入手,將建筑內(nèi)部的機能組織作為優(yōu)先思考的設計工作,使內(nèi)部空間體驗與建筑形態(tài)—交通關系—景觀視線—采光方式與位置形成完整包裹與依附。
Design practice
Functions--U.N.I.D starts from the internal functions and takes the functional organization inside the building as the design work of priority consideration, so that the internal space experience can form a complete package and dependent relationship with the architectural form, traffic relationship, landscape view, indoor daylighting and location.


交通—項目屬性定義為私人住宅+商業(yè)。U.N.I.D將私屬空間與開放空間進行區(qū)塊分隔,實現(xiàn)互不干擾且具有透明性的交通模式。
Traffic--the project property is private residential + commercial. The U.N.I.D sectioned off private space from open space to achieve a traffic pattern that is uninterrupted and transparent.


視線—U.N.I.D以通則不達、望而不透的傳統(tǒng)院落體驗形式作為設計參考依據(jù),結合迂回、折返、眺望、窺視、仰望、遠觀、臨近、附身等傳統(tǒng)園林設計方法,完成室內(nèi)私密空間、室內(nèi)公共空間、室內(nèi)自然空間、交通空間、戶外空間的劃分。實現(xiàn)具有當代審美與獵奇體驗感的視線與行為規(guī)劃。
Sight--U.N.I.D uses traditional courtyard experience as a reference for design. By combining various traditional garden design methods such as ‘circuitous’, ‘overlook’, ‘peep’, it has completed the division of indoor private space, indoor public space, indoor natural space, transportation space and outdoor space, so as to achieve sight and behavior planning with contemporary aesthetics and sense of adventure.


采光—U.N.I.D將光照規(guī)劃進行有效控制,內(nèi)部空間均實現(xiàn)有效時長的自然光線,結合不同空間功能與視線位置規(guī)劃,形成不同的采光方式與照射效果。
Lighting--the lighting plan is effectively controlled to achieve natural light with effective time length for all internal spaces, and different lighting methods and lighting effects are formed by combining different spatial functions and sight position.


通風—內(nèi)部庭院中設置下沉庭院,地下層內(nèi)部空間與庭院分離,同時不影響光線與通風介入地下空間,下沉庭院的位置能更好的為地下層進行空氣循環(huán)。
Ventilation--U.N.I.D set a sunken garden in the inner courtyard and separate the inner space of the underground floor from the courtyard, without affecting the light and ventilation into the underground space, this allows the sunken courtyard to be better positioned to circulate air through the ground floor.


情緒—U.N.I.D設計倡導始終圍繞“自然與不自然”的悖論關系,空間尺度、光線變化、視線范圍形成的通透、狹窄、明亮、幽暗、開放、閉塞對體驗形成不同的心理影響,從而產(chǎn)生情緒變化,積極或消極的情緒都會成為設計方法的重要組成。
Emotions--the design advocacy for the U.N.I.D has always been surrounding the paradoxical relationship of \"natural and unnatural\". The spatial scale, the change of light, the transparency, narrowness, brightness, darkness, openness and occlusion of the line of sight all have different psychological influences on the experience, thus producing emotional changes. Both positive and negative emotions form an important part of the design approach.
