DEMO DESIGN 完成了賽樂集團(tuán)位于江蘇常州薛家工業(yè)園內(nèi)一座1000平米廠房改造，本案的難點(diǎn)如何打破原有建筑窗口過于狹小，光線的進(jìn)入不足的問題，通過將整面墻體做打通處理，有效解決了采光的攝入同時(shí)增加了建筑體的通透性

墻面的洞口開啟，傳統(tǒng)借景手法與解構(gòu)主義結(jié)合，賦予空間更多的表達(dá)，同時(shí)也增加了走道的趣味體驗(yàn)

DEMO設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)提出，可以賦予空間一定的形式感語(yǔ)言，將原先建筑的走廊部分改造成為內(nèi)部空間的門廳，使得辦公大樓的入口成為賽樂集團(tuán)的形象主體?？紤]到未來(lái)幾年，工業(yè)園區(qū)的多元化發(fā)展，這樣的處理也能夠融入建筑群同時(shí)不會(huì)被淹沒

現(xiàn)代的洗手間的設(shè)置不應(yīng)該局限于藏而理應(yīng)精致的露，所以我們?cè)诖蛟煨l(wèi)生間區(qū)域，更多的加入了定制元素，飾面的選擇，極致黑色的臺(tái)盆區(qū)打造，多動(dòng)線環(huán)繞設(shè)計(jì)使得整個(gè)洗手間區(qū)域可以成為空間的重要組成部分

柔和純凈的空間，堅(jiān)持使用大面積木飾面，并貫穿始終，除此之外，根據(jù)不同的位置，采用玻璃等元素進(jìn)行配搭，豐富視覺層次，同時(shí)保證空間的通透性，使得空間更加明亮，通透，柔和。并且采用均勻照射和漫反射光源，避免直線光射。DEMO團(tuán)隊(duì)希望打造一個(gè)沒有邊界，沒有聚焦的場(chǎng)所，讓空間無(wú)限延展下去，室內(nèi)外慢慢融合起來(lái)，給使用者一個(gè)舒適的環(huán)境
