And a well-designed office is more attractive to talented employees. The survey also found that nearly half of the job seekers said that a company's office space would affect their decision whether to accept the job or not.

VPGAME辦公室位于杭州城市核心地帶，這是一家有著電競俱樂部運營、電競平臺服務和電競周邊商務等多種業(yè)務的公司。如今的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)科技公司辦公環(huán)境越來越同質化，風格元素多集中在工業(yè)風，多樣的堆砌元素，各種涂鴉以及色塊的運用。
The VPGAME office is located in Hangzhou city center, which is a company running gaming club operations, gaming platform services and other relevant business. Nowadays the office environments of young companies are becoming more and more homogeneous. The design ideas are mostly concentrated in the industrial style with variety of elements and colors.

如何通過設計為這樣一家年輕的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)公司帶來完全不同于以往的辦公體驗，并樹立公司的企業(yè)文化形象，設計師在最初的手稿設計時，就明確了一個節(jié)制的設計手法，不用過多的元素影響空間的整體性，總平面空間根據(jù)公司的工作模塊，結合多樣化的會議、休閑空間有序展開，整體空間希望在一個現(xiàn)代化的寫字樓里延續(xù)其原有簡潔風格帶來的品質感。
The challenges are how to make the overall space simple, moderate, elegant with multifunctional sections through less impact on the integrality of the overall space. We divided the space into several sections providing multiply forms of team work such as work area, multifunctional conference rooms, leisure space and a bar for employees to relax. Each section is separated but consistent in style.

不同的主次干道走廊通過局部的空間凹凸、材質搭配，使得整體空間更有層次且又能區(qū)分開來，裸露的混凝土墻面不經(jīng)意穿插在整體空間里起到了很好的協(xié)調作用。

考慮到人與人之間的協(xié)作關系，除了基本的個人辦公區(qū)域，設計師更多的組織了團隊協(xié)作所需的多樣化模塊空間。隨處可見的透明會議室，依據(jù)規(guī)模大小和會議功能進行了不同的搭配，通過水泥磚、木、玻璃、金屬等幾個簡單的材質處理實現(xiàn)了不一樣的空間表情。

辦公空間往往容易忽視燈光對長時間工作的影響，如何處理這一難題？設計師在主要工作辦公空間中采用了漫反射光，燈光通過頂面的反光照亮整個空間，視覺上完全沒有炫光對視覺的影響。在休閑空間中燈光設計完全又結合了家庭式的溫馨感。

當陽光進入空間折射過玻璃，整個空間才真正流露出它最好的情緒。如此，通過合理的燈光讓人能在一個溫馨同時又放松的環(huán)境下工作，正如在陽光下工作一般溫暖人心。
