車庫(kù)里的藝術(shù)館
[城市更新]給予城市更多可能性,我們有機(jī)會(huì)重新審視城市生長(zhǎng)與市民生活需求之間的關(guān)系。“破殼而出”于城市核心商圈里的“車庫(kù)藝術(shù)館”,算是一個(gè)城市更新的微型樣本。
Grounding- Art Museum in the garage. Urban renewal gives cities more possibilities and allows us to reconsider the relationship between urban growth and the living needs of citizens.The "Garage Art Museum" located in the downtown area, which stands out as a typical case, represents a small-scale model of urban renewal.
項(xiàng)目位于成都太古里商圈,一個(gè)5層樓的停車場(chǎng)內(nèi),目標(biāo)是將一位難求的車庫(kù)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)楫?dāng)代藝術(shù)館,要求以盡可能低的代價(jià)和盡可能小的動(dòng)作,盡可能多的滿足藝術(shù)展覽和時(shí)尚創(chuàng)意活動(dòng)的多樣化需求。
The project is located in a five-story parking lot in the Taikoo Li business district of Chengdu. The design objective is to convert a cramped garage into a modern art museum, with minimal renovation and cost, while meeting the diverse requirements of art exhibitions and creative activities.
設(shè)計(jì)以“底色”為題,既是對(duì)項(xiàng)目本質(zhì)的理解,也是設(shè)計(jì)態(tài)度的表達(dá)?!败噹?kù)”賦予了獨(dú)特的項(xiàng)目基因,也是值得留存的“空間的底色”。因此,設(shè)計(jì)延續(xù)了車庫(kù)入場(chǎng)的動(dòng)線節(jié)奏,從繁華時(shí)尚的商圈,經(jīng)由車庫(kù)進(jìn)入藝術(shù)館,給予觀者熟悉又陌生的趣味體驗(yàn)。
The design is named "Background Color", which is not only an understanding of the essence of this project but also an expression of the design attitude.The “garage” gives the project a gene and is also the “background of the space” worth preserving. The design preserves the garage's character and continues its circulation from the busy business district to the art gallery, providing a familiar yet exciting experience for visitors.
“新舊快慢并置,多元異質(zhì)共生”是成都的“城市的底色”,也是孕育“車庫(kù)藝術(shù)館”的土壤,原車行坡道被設(shè)定為序廊,是進(jìn)入藝術(shù)館的必經(jīng)通道,序廊左側(cè)老城住區(qū)煙火的畫面觸手可及,與右側(cè)的藝術(shù)館對(duì)望,既沖突,也和諧。
"The underground color" of Chengdu City, which is also the origin of the "Garage Art Museum", is the contrast of old and new, fast and slow, and the symbiosis of diversity and heterogeneity. The entrance to the museum is through the original vehicle ramp, which serves as a prologue to the visitors' experience. As they pass through the corridor, on the left side, they can see the scene of fireworks in the old city residential area, while on the right side, they face the art gallery. This creates a contrasting yet harmonious experience for the visitors.
內(nèi)容展示是藝術(shù)館的底色,“退讓”則是“設(shè)計(jì)的底色”,企圖借此指引設(shè)計(jì)動(dòng)作“不變形,不失度”。采用微創(chuàng)手法,重構(gòu)空間邏輯,協(xié)調(diào)好動(dòng)線,界面,機(jī)能,適度輸出藝術(shù)館獨(dú)特場(chǎng)景IP,足矣。至此落筆,靜待即將上演的好戲,內(nèi)容不斷更新,城市也將持續(xù)更新。
The display content is the background color of the art museum, and the "concession" is the intent of this design. The aim is to avoid redundant changes to the design plan and instead make minor adjustments to reconstruct the spatial functions, circulations, and interfaces. Finally, it displays the unique Intellectual Property of the art museum.This is the end of writing, and we are waiting for the show: the content will be constantly updated, just as this city continues to evolve.

Plan A & Plan B 是創(chuàng)作過程中的兩種趣味性嘗試,有對(duì)空間性格和識(shí)別力的加碼,相比最終方案相比,最大的不同點(diǎn)是對(duì)“退讓”的理解。
Plan A and Plan B are two interesting attempts in the creative process, which have the enhancement of spatial character and recognition power. Compared with the final plan, the biggest difference is the understanding of "compromise".
