Pie Bird continues its expertise in American style pies with a second location in Jing’an Kerry Center, Shanghai. Where the first shop was inspired by American vintage style, this shop is a combination of elements from the previous shop and features loosely based on the traditional American diner.
位于上海嘉里中心的這個(gè)項(xiàng)目是Pie Bird的第二家店，還是主要制作美式餡餅。第一家店的靈感源自美式復(fù)古風(fēng)格，這家店則結(jié)合了美式復(fù)古風(fēng)和傳統(tǒng)美式餐廳的特色。

As the site was an open space in the center of the mall, full walls were not allowed. To create privacy, a low ribbed wood wall was built to demarcate the perimeter and give the customer a sense of closure. Emphasis was focused on the vaulted ceiling by creating a strong ribbed gesture, which was inspired by the edge of traditional pie crust. The ceiling helps focus attention in the open space and provide comfort while in the space.
店鋪位于商場(chǎng)中心的開(kāi)放空間，所以無(wú)法安裝整面的墻。為了營(yíng)造私密空間，設(shè)計(jì)師使用波紋木板做成矮墻，將空間分割，也給顧客帶來(lái)一種私密感。設(shè)計(jì)的重點(diǎn)是通過(guò)白色的波紋板來(lái)突出拱形天花板，波紋造型的設(shè)計(jì)靈感來(lái)自傳統(tǒng)餡餅的皮。天花板的設(shè)計(jì)意圖在于將顧客的注意力引導(dǎo)至開(kāi)放區(qū)域，并在空間中營(yíng)造舒適感。

A bar area at the main pie counter is a reference to an American diner and invites guests to sit at the counter and interact with the staff. The circular shape encourages customers to sit together and allow easy conversation. A custom mosaic floor was created in front of the pie counter, which features the eye-catching signature Pie Bird logo.
位于餡餅主柜臺(tái)的吧臺(tái)區(qū)域借鑒了美式餐廳風(fēng)格，這一風(fēng)格歡迎顧客坐在柜臺(tái)邊，并與工作人員互動(dòng)。圓形的設(shè)計(jì)讓顧客可以坐在一起，并進(jìn)行輕松的交談。餡餅柜臺(tái)的前面是一個(gè)定制的馬賽克地板，裝飾有引人注目的Pie Bird標(biāo)志。
